Terms of Service:
Work will commence once the full balance is paid. Estimated lead time is 10 weeks from full payment, however, this may be as much as 16 weeks during extremely busy periods. A tick box during the ordering process will give you the current exact turnaround time.
Standard sized and ready-to-wear items (with or without standard customisations) are eligible to be returned. If you receive your item and wish to return it, please contact Rocco's Rags within 72 hours of receipt. Failure to contact within this time will result in a forfeit of this return policy. Once your return is accepted, it must be received back at Rocco's Rags HQ within 14 days. It must be returned unworn, unwashed, and preferably in the original packaging. If you received any accessories or items of clothing free of charge as part of your order, these must be returned to receive a full refund. You are responsible for return shipping. You will receive a refund a maximum of 14 days after your item has been returned. Once you have washed and/or worn a standard sized or ready-to-wear item, no returns will be accepted and no refunds will be given.
Orders which are custom-sized and/or have non-standard customisations are not eligible to be returned, as these are made to your specifications. However, extenuating circumstances may apply. If there is an undisclosed flaw in your item, or you are unhappy with the sizing, please contact Rocco's Rags within 72 hours of receiving your item. Failure to contact within this time will result in a forfeit of this return policy. If the flaw or issue is our error, we will happily provide repairs, alterations or a replacement to fix the problem. If it is not our error (e.g. a hole as a result of regular wear and tear), the item will be repaired free of charge, but you will be responsible for return shipping to Rocco's Rags HQ.
When trying on items, please ensure you wear underwear underneath, as not doing so will result in your items being non-returnable under any circumstances.
Due to the nature (low cost) if surprise items, they are non returnable/refundable unless deemed faulty.
